Free Shipping Available
Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Express shipping available for faster delivery. Zelle payments receive FREE 2-day shipping on all orders.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 United States and Washington D.C. We do not ship internationally at this time, but are working to expand our shipping capabilities.
Shipping Restrictions
- No P.O. Box deliveries for expedited shipping
- APO/FPO addresses accepted with standard shipping only
- Some remote areas may have extended delivery times
- Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges

3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- SMS updates (if phone number provided)
- Real-time tracking through our website
- Delivery confirmation notification

5. Packaging & Handling
We take great care in packaging your pet's supplements to ensure they arrive in perfect condition:
- Temperature-controlled packaging for sensitive products
- Eco-friendly, recyclable packaging materials
- Secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Discrete packaging (no external product information)
- Tamper-evident seals on all products
6. Special Handling
Temperature-Sensitive Products
Probiotics and other temperature-sensitive supplements are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs when necessary. These products are shipped Monday-Wednesday to avoid weekend delays that could compromise product integrity.
Fragile Items
Glass bottles and delicate items receive extra padding and "Fragile" handling instructions to ensure safe delivery.
7. Delivery Information
Delivery Requirements
- Signature required for orders over $200
- Safe drop-off available for most orders
- Delivery to front door, porch, or mailbox
- Apartment deliveries to lobby or mailroom
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues:
- Contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier
- Replacement or refund provided for lost packages
- Photo proof of damage accepted for claims
8. Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), please allow additional processing and shipping time:
- Processing time may extend to 3-4 business days
- Shipping carriers may experience delays
- Order early to ensure holiday delivery
- Express shipping recommended for holiday gifts
Holiday Cutoff Dates
Check our website for specific holiday cutoff dates to ensure delivery before major holidays.
9. International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities and hope to serve customers worldwide in the future.
For international customers, we recommend:
- Using a US-based mail forwarding service
- Checking with local customs regulations
- Contacting us for special arrangements
- Subscribing to our newsletter for international shipping updates
10. Shipping Insurance
All orders are automatically insured at no additional cost:
- Orders under $100: Fully insured
- Orders $100-$500: Full replacement guarantee
- Orders over $500: Signature required + full insurance
- Lost or damaged packages: Full refund or replacement
11. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address:
- Contact us immediately if order hasn't shipped
- Address changes after shipping require carrier intercept (fees apply)
- Double-check address accuracy at checkout
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses
